Is AdSense Down - Or Is It Just My Firefox Browser?

The past few weekends, my AdSense sites weren’t working. I would check out my sites, and the Google ads were not showing. At first, I thought that the AdSense servers were down.

Another theory I had was that the recent Firefox updates had bugs. So I tried a few queries in Google and found some bug reports. Some people actually reported bugs in the latest version of Firefox.

Whatever the problem is, there is a remedy. If you’re using Firefox and you’re running across AdSense issues, all you have to do is clear your cache.

Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Cache -> click on the button “Clear Cache Now”

It kind of bothers me since many people don’t know this fix. That means that many Firefox users won’t be able to click on my AdSense ads. So no clicks, no money.

The fortunate thing is that MS Internet Explorer is still the leading browser - in terms of usage.
